Returns & Exchanges
At REDMAGIC, we strive to provide the ultimate gaming experience; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your REDMAGIC account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our support team directly with your order number.
Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack your device securely in its original box, ensuring all cables, chargers, and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
